- 4We ship neutrally to the customer using the agreed delivery method.
Important terms
All sourced-to-order fragrances follow the same approximately 3-week international sourcing timeline unless the item is marked In Stock. Resellers are responsible for communicating this timeline clearly to their customers before accepting payment.
Maison Aroma reserves the right to decline fulfilment if a reseller misrepresents availability, delivery timelines, product authenticity, or customer expectations.
