These terms govern purchases, delivery expectations, sourced-to-order products, and use of the Maison Aroma website.
Products
Maison Aroma sells authentic niche fragrances. Product images, descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Maison Aroma may show South African retail comparison pricing where available. This is used to communicate market context, not to position the brand as a discount store.
In-stock and sourced-to-order products
Products marked In Stock are available locally for standard dispatch. Products marked Sourced to Order are sourced internationally after full payment and delivered in approximately 3 weeks unless otherwise communicated before purchase.
Payment
Website checkout payments are processed online through PayFast. Larger private orders may be handled through WhatsApp support where Maison Aroma approves manual EFT arrangements.
Delivery
Customers must provide correct delivery information. Maison Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, incorrect locker details, unavailable recipients, or courier issues outside reasonable control.
Limitation
Maison Aroma will not be liable for indirect losses arising from delayed sourcing, courier delays, or customer-provided incorrect information.
